Discovery
This step is where we dig into your brand foundation! Upon booking, you’ll receive a questionnaire to complete which will help me understand who you’re as a business, your business goals, mission, target audience and brand persona.
By taking the time to unpack these essential questions we can design assets that connect and build a solid foundation to design with purpose.
Design
Then I start designing! I’ll present up to 3 design concepts to you, as well as a colour palette and font options to complete the mood and vibe of your branding assets. You’ll choose one to move forward with, we'll revise if needed, and I’ll polish and finalise everything.
Hand Off
At this stage I finalise and send you all of the files containing your completed brand assets as well as any collateral I designed – like business cards, stationery, or social media graphics.
Further Support
After our branding collab, you can count on me as a team member to call upon as design needs arise.

I'm interested in working with businesses that are ready to invest in their branding and take it seriously. It's also crucial to have open communication and be open to new ideas and visions. While I'm always keen to try new things and push creative boundaries, I want to make sure that we're a good fit for each other.

I understand that revisions are a crucial part of the design process, and I want to make sure you're happy with the final outcome. After I send you the initial logo designs and color palette, you'll have two rounds of revisions to change the concept, style, or any other major aspect. Once we've chosen the main concept, there will be only minor revisions allowed. Any additional major revisions are rated at my hourly rate, as stated in the design contract.

To secure your booking, I require a 50% deposit before I start working on your project. The final payment is due before I hand off the final files. I offer payment plans, which we can discuss to find an arrangement that works for you.
